Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient. "

"Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

"Had stayed at this location many times before. This time was under new ownership. Pleasantly surprised to find minimal changes in presentation and managing. The location is near several restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit, walking distance. Look forward to staying here again soon."
