"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). "clean and professional with all amenities one could ask for. this hotel is perfect for those requiring a nice and functional space to rest either before or after a heathrow flight. the area surrounding is nothing special but as an airport hopper, it was ideal. i also found the breakfast buffet above average thank you for a lovely stay! The male receptionists on Monday morning informed my friend and I that the sub is free to go to the airport just tap our credit card. The toiletries are good enough, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are good quality. "
