Parking’s horrible, much worse now than compared to what it was like 2 years ago. Prolly next time we will just uber around the island. Otherwise, it was very pleasant to stay here this time again. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, and perfect location. Thank you

I have not one complaint! All staff was wonderful! Room nice and clean, pool was wonderful! Location was excellent. I would certainly love to return to your facility on my next visit but would like a beach view would be the only thing I would change!

Iconic Hotel,This four block area is the spot in Waikiki. My first stay was in 1978. At this point it could use some remodeling. don't let that prevent you from choosing however.

This hotel has everything you could need during your stay! Two ABC stores for quick need items like sunscreen, first aid, beach items and alcohol. A gym, pool, hot tub, laundry room, breakfast places and a bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant is good. They have beautiful acoustic musicians play by the pool and hot tub every evening, very relaxing. There is also an excursion office open from 8am-5pm and those guys were so great and helpful. The resort is beautiful! And the ocean-front room was definitely worth it! The only downside is our room was on the 5th floor so we were unable to see the sunset because of the buildings in front of us and how low we were, but still amazing view of the beach, ocean and diamond head mountain. Hotel is basically on the beach and is so close to everything!

There was only one elevator and it was quite a walk to access it for my handicap husband. The check in desk is on the second floor and could not find an elevator to take to ground floor. Also, we did not get a handicap accessible room as we requested. There are no grab bars in the shower which made it very difficult for my husband to get into tub to shower without falling. When we booked tours sometimes the meeting pick up point was at one location and sometimes at another-very confusing. Overall the hotel was very nice but i would never book it again

Property needs a little bit more of maintenance in all installations specially walls, halls, carpets..... Location is fantastic and service is great. The rooms are big and comfortable. Front desk service was great.

I like how convenient it is to the waikiki beach and the food trucks around it and easy access to other activities around the area but the only thing i didnt like is when u pay for the highest floor level there is nothing special about it, just higher than other floors, they should have included a free breakfast at least if your booking the highest floor and a free massage at least for that kind of price, I was a bit dissappointed. Over all thats it.

Very pretty hotel. I loved the fountains! Wish there would have been more restaurant options, pizza, burgers, chicken, etc. $45.00 for brunch and dinner was too much to pay even though it was buffet. We ate at the coffee shops but the pigeons and birds became a nuisance.

Grace at the front desk was amazing she’s very helpful and friendly. Has a lot of knowledge to point you in the right direction with dinning and activities all together. Amazing time we will be back for sure.

I liked the location. The hotel was pretty average, not mind blowing. It was clean although something in the bathroom smelled bad, never figured out what it was. Overall, just an average hotel experience. There’s a lot included for the resort fee that I wish they went over with me at check in. I would have joined a yoga class or borrowed a go pro, which I later found out about on my last day.
