"Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again."

"Amazing amenities, close to everything, our kids enjoyed the private backyard, the adults loved the yard games + Golden Tee arcade, 6+ parking spots for our vehicles, each master suite has a resort-like bathroom, and Brian was an excellent host. 5-stars all around!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again."

"Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"We had a great stay at He Said She Shed! We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We loved our stay at this cute house in Fredericksburg. It had all the amenities needed and was super clean. Our 2 dogs had a great time also. The yard is fenced and really big. We loved walking to the Herb Garden restaurant and getting great meals. The area is walkable and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We were very pleased with this property in Fredericksburg, Texas. The residence was beautiful, with tall oak trees and a lovely pool plus plenty of parking that did not detract from the yard. The house was spacious, stylishly decorated, well maintained, and clean.
