"For the price it’s a convenient place to stay. Found it a little loud this time as we were above the front entrance and could hear everyone hanging around the entrance, plus dance competition guests were in the halls till 11 pm and up at 6:30. "Quaint, small, clean comfortable and accommodated my two dogs inspite of the fact that I had to carry kennels via the elevator (very small) to the second floor. The staff were super helpful and made our stay pleasant. They helped us several times when the card key wasn't working and when the heavy doors were not opening. "The Halliburton is a cozy place just minutes from the waterfront. I have become a fan after several visits. I hope they will bring back the dining room (with another excellent chef) and I would like breakfast to be included in the daily rate. Otherwise I am so happy when I stay there -- I consider it a wonderful discovery. "
