"It was an easy check in great customer service. At the front desk , I loved the location of my room , the room had everything that I needed and more . Cell phone plugs and a lot of outlets are a plus. The room is Very spacious . The hotel was very clean and they had a great variety of breakfast items. "

"Great resort for families! We had a blast going from the beach to pool and to the splash pad. This resort had it all. Decent food and drink at their restaurants, and the daily live music was a nice touch too! We did encounter some minor hiccups, room keys kept deactivating, broken fan to name a couple, but overall we would definitely stay here again."

"Our Gulf side room was amazing. Hotel was clean, laid out nicely, and in a good location. Walking distance to shopping and food, but away from the crowds. Our beach had a private feel, due to limited public parking. We hope to come back. Only minor issues were the cleaning staff seemingly taking a long time in the same areas. Non-issue if out of your room all day. Annoying if going back and forth around lunch."
