"The staff was friendly and helpful. They delivered extra pillows and shampoo. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I’ve been to more expensive hotels that didn’t have a microwave. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC was easy to use and supplied a perfect temperature. The parking garage was well lit and very secure. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. Lumpy, soft and flat. But that’s it. Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay! "

"The Brand Plaza is a classic "city" hotel like you might find in Paris or New York. There is no elevator, but if you don't mind that this is an absolutely perfect choice for someone who wants a clean, quiet, comfortable base-of-operations for anything you're doing in the Glendale/Burbank/Downtown L.A. Area. The Hotel has absolutely everything you need and nothing that you don't. It could not be more centrally located to the studios, downtown and Pasadena. We loved it and are going to make it...

"They have complimentary drinks and snacks everyday 5:30-7pm. Made to order omelette bfast. Nice neighborhood next to trader joe’s walgreens and whole foods. "

"It’s tidy and comfortable. Centrally located. Convenient and clean. The environment is very homey. Frankly, at an affordable cost it is the most accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lemons on the property bush were even fantastic. "
