Nice location-condo needs TLC
Property location was great! Condo needs some TLC. Cabinets fall out when you open them, fridge was leaking or some type of substance on the floor near it. Bathroom is very dated, and not the cleanest. Stains all over the carpet in bedroom, bedroom tv didn’t work and the master bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Read more of the reviews before booking. Read the rebuttals. There have been no repairs. Many of the things that we found wrong were reported months ago, repeatedly. The place smelled. The funk was from the garbage disposal. The drawers fall out of the cabinet when pulled, no tracks. The cabinets look 35 years old. The dishwasher stinks, the garbage disposal stinks. The 35 year old carpet is stained all over and is worn out. The carpet is just nasty. The bed is lumpy and creaks a lot, not comfortable. There are no lamps in the bedroom, just the overhead lamp on the ceiling fan operated by the chain. If you turn the switch off at the door the TV goes off too. The blinds in the bedroom do not have the string to let them all the way down and a lot of outside light comes into the bedroom. The fridge door will not open all the way. The sofa in the living area that is uncomfortable. The plumbing fixtures are faded, fake color worn off and everything is outdated. The exhaust fan sounded as if it was a helicopter missing a main rotor that is flying in a plastic box. LOUD. The shower curtain is old and faded and the tub had chips in the finish on the floor. The best part of the stay was what you see in the first picture on their ad. The chairs on the patio and the view. One other positive point was the Televisions worked. We did not sit and watch them, but they worked. The common areas and access to the beach were presentable and clean. Lots of area to enjoy outside.

Perfect long weekend
The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool. The best part of this property is that you don’t have to cross the busy street to get to the beach. We also liked that it is close to town but away from the busy crowds.

I had to remove lightbulbs from bedroom fan to leave switch on to work TV and other plugs.
Electrical work needed in bedroom - needs new cook pans- rusted. Electricity went off 3 times in good weather and elevator did not work at times. Beautiful view and easy to access. Nice beach.

Location location !!
PROPERTY This rental property was located in the perfect area. Located on beach side of street with private direct access to beach. Not too close to what I consider the busy area of the beach. The overall property was well maintained. Pool area was very clean, there is a very nice area with grills and tables to use and that area was also nice. CONDO The condo very clean and has a good view of the beach. I liked the fact that they had ROKU tvs so we could use to login to personal streaming accounts. I believe cable may have been available but could not get it to work but did not waste much time trying. Had problem with bedroom light switch. Contacted property manger and they sent someone out to fix. I appreciated the attempt but it was not fixed properly. When we returned the light switch worked but turned off all electricity to room. We still had to stand on bed to manually unscrew/ loosen lightbulb to turn light off so we could keep Tv / cell phones charging while we slept. I would definitely stay here again.

Bird’s Vacation
My grandson Zane(Bird) had a wonderful time as did my granddaughter. We spent a lot of time at the beach and at the pool. Even during the overcast rainy days they were either swimming or playing on Boogie Boards in the waves.
