"Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. Cheap, musty, dirty and unkempt, but not and I repeat NOT bug infested, a/c works and Doninoes delivers here!"

"My son and daughter-in-law got married on the beach. We rented this home and our other family rented the one next door. It was a perfect intimate weekend with family and the house was perfect for our large group. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made for ease of everyone getting ready. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed but cooking wasn’t really in our plans. Would love to stay here again."

"This was Nice for smaller group. But not enough room for 10 people. There was 1 cot in each closet. So uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on those. No one slept on them. And it was a few blocks from the beach. Not as close as I thought."

"We have been coming to this beach for may years, this is one of my favorite places we have stayed. House was clean and the walk over to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the views from both the upper and lower deck. I will keep this one in mind for future trips to Surfside."
