This was an average property, a little dated, but just fine for a night with kids while shopping at the WEM. I liked that I could use plugs to charge my EV (stage 1 only).

Maybe I could rate this hotel higher, but the pictures online are not at all what the actual hotel is like. I wouldn’t have even stayed here if I knew ahead of time how bad it was.

Outdated rooms poor maintained, dirty rooms,hair in the bedding, toilets don't work properly. Cracked tiles in the lobby lifting up. Pool and hot tub out of service 5 out of 7 nights stay.

Dirty, the place was rundown the bathroom was falling apart ( shower curtain rail coming apart at the wall) beds where uncomfortable, and no water pressure, was booked for 3 nights , only stayed the one.

Was charged twice for my stay. They showed the refund for the second charge but the fact that they can just charge me for my stay 2 times is not right. No penalty for them but if I go into overdraft then it’s on me.

Stains all over the rooms. There is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the whole building. Staff didn’t care about anything. The hot tub was out of service. The dining was absolutely horrible me and my wife and kids had to send the food back. Lots of homeless hanging around the building and lots of drug deals done in the parking lot

AC was too loud to sleep while cleaning and condition of appliances and room in general was abysmal at best. Couldn't sleep whole night because ac was too damn loud and if turned it off it was too hot to sleep in

What I was sad about it it would been the first time with my grand-daughter to be in the hot tub but it was empty. But I would stay again with my family. The front desk person was very good.

i registered to stay there as it stated it had a pool,hot tub, and water slide- the pool was cold, there was no hot tub and the steps to the slide were in rough shape. I had to get new keys on 3 seperate occasions - the free breakfast area was dirty and very congested -when we arrived there was a homeless person outside and when we went back out to our function that night she was still there- i am not being disrespectful but it was not anything i would have seen had i stayed at a different hotel - thus the reason for the poor review

The room was on terrible condition dirty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The sink dropped from the drain. Tub plug was broken. The only chair in the room was broken. Huge disappointment!

Place is in ruins, ac unit lets a draft in from outside, front door to the room looks like its going to fall apart, pool hot tub wasnt working, noisy all night saturday until 530 am. No one from the staff did anything. At 120$ a night this place should be 60 a night. Renos look like they painted over damaged walls and baseboards and called it a day. When checking out, the staff didnt even ask how my stay was, its like they know....
