Average hotel in an average area. No better or worse than any of the hotels in this part of town, nothing really to walk to or enjoy on the hotel grounds or in the hotel. Got a note that the pool was out of service but when we got there it was working fine. Lobby is under construction.

Second time my husband and I have stayed here. They were doing renovations this time so the hotel didn’t look its best but otherwise the room and service was good. The hot tub though needed a deep clean, there was a rim of dead skin cells around the top of the water. We told the front reception and they a said it would be dealt with right away.

We stayed because of the location, price, free breakfast and pool. We were not aware it was under construction. The ladies at the desk were quite flustered and seemed very confused. We got there late so didn’t use the pool. My toddler was going to have a bath but there were small curly black hairs in the tub!? So we opted out of that. We were really grossed out by having someone else’s hair in the tub. We really just slept and used the sink to wash our faces/brush teeth. Breakfast was nothing special but was okay. Toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, yogurt. If you are celiac (which we have learned in the past already) don’t expect to find anything you can eat.

Overall stay was good, room is good, bfast is good as well as staff. Only problem is the AC, its warm even you adjust the temp.

We had not been informed that the property was under renovation. Nor were we told at check in that housekeeping service had to be requested. They were extremely noisy working right outside of our room on the third floor early in the morning, they could have been more considerate.

Our room was not made up on the second day, when I complained I was told that I had to request it to be done. I told them I was not offered the option and I was told that I had to request the service.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the mall and nearby restaurants. The breakfast was quite good and so was the coffee. I simply have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Maybe a lack of water pressure in the shower but it wasn't that bad.

Poorly maintained. The shower dripped all night, the curtain rod fell off, housekeeping never came, the countertop was slanted falling out of the wall. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool was sad, small and dirty.

This property is in dire need of a clean up. It is outdated, dirty and not up to par with other hotels in the area. Although they offered breakfast it was limited. Apples were brown and shriveled up. Empty coffee pots and juice. Sausages looked raw. I would spend the extra $ and book the hotel next door.

Property was under construction and felt unclean. After booking, we received an email indicating that the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Check in was slow. Room keys did not work to access elevators so had to return to the line up. Breakfast was very basic. All could have been forgiven if price reflected the conditions but I did not feel that we got good value for the amount paid.
