"Our hotel stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Breakfast was great in the dining area. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. I was glad to see the free bottles of water in the room this year and the bus shuttle service to the airport Was a much welcome change from last year with the small van shuttle service. The beds were on wheels and moved with every position change but I think they can be locked into place. Just never looked. "

"Our stay at the Castleknock hotel was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Upon checking in we realized there was a wedding going on and our room was right on that end of the hallway on the open end of the second floor so we were a little concerned but once our door was closed we didn't hear a peep. Our room was a little warm upon check in and we asked the front desk if it would be possible to get a second fan - housekeeping delivered it quickly and we were very grateful - tip: the deluxe...

"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"
