Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."

"We had a great stay at this property. We were going to a baseball game and it was close to the stadium. My wife found the bed to be comfortable, I didn't. Service was awesome and the building is beautiful. Everything (convenience stores, fast food) closes early (around 9pm) so we had a tough time finding food after the ball game."

"Not happy with parking fee, housekeeping was very general, and breakfast was ok. Gym was decent. Prices at counter mart were a bit high for staying customers. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Only a couple complaints. The lobby did not have a pleasant smell and the bedding was scratchy. Loved the restaurant option on site. Excellent drink choices."

"Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. "

"Great location for the theater district and access to bars. We walked down to the waterfront as well. Rooms were spacious with great blackout blinds. Nice included breakfast as well. Unfortunately our room was missing some baseboard and the water for the shower was just warm, never got hot. Lots of tv channels too!"
