"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"

"Did not care for the check in lockbox---no staff to handle people checking in for the 1st time??--was unnecessarily confusing and stress producing. Also really miss a coffee machine in the room---dislike going down a hall to get a cup of coffee early in the morning---don't like meeting other people in their pajamas and don't feel like getting fully dressed to get a cup of coffee at 6 or 7 am. Asked for an 8am breakfast but it was moved to 8:30---didn't want to wait so left without it. ...

"Modern. Relatively cheap. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I really loved the "college dorm" feel of the room -- and not an actual college dorm, more like what movies portray college dorms as. Didn't much appreciate the gay pride stuff around -- but it's Madison."

"we were pleasantly surprised with the suite, it was spacious, only thing we did not care for was there was no shower curtain in the bigger bathroom and the toilet in that bathroom also ran off and on throughout the stay not sure why."

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Was a candy factory renovated into a high-end boutique hotel. The renovation kept MUCH of the charm of the old factory building. Huge rooms, rain showers with good water pressure, quiet. The restaurant was outstanding. I knew this hotel was perfect when I crawled into my bed and it felt like I was home."
