"Always have loved staying here but it’s been years since my last stay. Have always loved it. Check in young woman was excellent. Very sweet and professional. Woman at front desk at check out seemed bothered and unfriendly. Gentleman “manager” I’m assuming who was often behind the desk in the background never stops looking at his cell phone and cutting up behind the desk while people were lined up waiting. Just found it all very unprofessional for this classy place, as he should have been...

"The place reminds of a French Chateau. The rooms are large and well decorated . One can walk around the grounds which consists of vineyards, forests and a pond. A restaurant that serves only lunch, is located on the grounds together with a wine tasting bar and a wine store. The town of Williamsburg is only five minutes drive from the hotel. "Bedroom, living room, bath coffee kitchen. This looks like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Our entrance opened to the outside but the majority of the hotels entrances open to the inside. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, some nice sitting areas, another kitchen, coffee machines and such. But this place is totally unattended, there's no humans that work here. Everything is done by text message, it's very odd. Plus there's cameras in all the public areas so they could see...
