"Great hotel close to QV markets nd city"

"I have stayed at the Atlantis many times. It is reasonably priced and just across the road from the sky bus. Room is clean and basic with a small kettle to make tea and coffee. No minibar. Toiletries consist of soap and a shampoo and conditioner. No face washer. Perfectly good stay for my last night in Melbourne. Just out the door there is plenty of food options and a cokes supermarket. The free tram is also at the front door. I had a voucher for breakfast but glad I didn’t pay money for it....

"Reception was very friendly and 1st time I have ever been let into the room before 12 noon instead of 2 pm or after was very appreciated. Nice comfy rooms , king bed was comfortable and had cable stations was a treat. Close to trams , close to the casino"

"I did a mid-week stay in Melbourne for a few days and was very pleased with the service here. It is also in a very convenient location so it was easy to get around. The gym and pool are very small, so I would say that if you need to use these facilities you can't really swim in the pool properly due to the size and that it is only 1.1m deep."

"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."
