There was chewing gum stuck to the underside of the ladder for the bubk bed that i was eye level with in the morning, when i woke up. "Hotel has a problem with lifts. They are small and slow for the size of the building . One was out of order when I checked in and it took me 30 minutes to take my turn to reach my 9th floor room. Later that evening both lifts were out of order so 9th floor was only accessible by stairs. I complained and suggested a complementary breakfast which was granted but maybe could have offered to me anyway "

"Lovely clean and comfortable lodge. Loads of space. Nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. Immaculate grounds. Really comfortable. Close to the village facilities. Despite our room being on the road, there was no noise heard. Slightly frosty reception on arrival, unlike other places on the WHW but the accommodation made up for it. Would stay again."
