"RIU Ocho Rios was great! The staff were very friendly, always! The entertainment was fun and there was always something to do. My children loved it and I felt very safe. Variety of food (American and Jamaican) I’ll be back! I would suggest going during the week as it seemed it get busier during the weekend. "

"Had an excellent time from the receptionist to my waitresses. They knew what time i’d arrive for breakfast and they took good care of me. my room was a bit warm they immediately sent someone to look at it and fix the problem. Aaliyah smoothies is so good. Beach is fantastic, food is good, i only ate breakfast bc im not on grounds for any other meal. Folks were very nice, they match your energy. Overall i’m pleased with my stay."

"The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. It is not the absolute best but based on the price, it is good enough. The front desk staff to include Ruschel and Danielle were absolutely polite and amazing! The room attendant Dahlia, is the BEST I have ever encountered in all the places I have traveled. Her mannerism is that of an exceptional person and she was ALWAYS pleasant and had a welcoming style. I would hire her for my business. The dining staff was always professional, especially Shanice & Sushana (I hope I got their names correct). The overall convenience of the location is great and close to food and other entertainment. PS: The breakfast is excellent (best oats porridge) but the dinner, not so much. "
