"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "Bed was hard and creaked so loud every time you moved. Pull out sofa was softer, if you can imagine. Uber couldn’t find the place the construction was terrible. "

"This hotel is so amazing! Everyone on staff is friendly, happy and such a pleasure to deal with. If we needed assistance they were genuinely happy to help. The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. "
