"We travelled as a family of four and used this hotel and it was perfect. Spacious for NYC with QUEEN beds which is hard to come by. The staff was super friendly, and the cleaning staff did an awesome job! I’d recommend. "

"Even though the hotel is right at the center of Times Square, we felt cozy and away from the crowds in our room on the 25th floor. The room was small but neat and the bathroom was great! Big walk-in shower! Huge plus for me!"

"I didn’t like the plug ins. They were loose and your electronics wouldn’t stay plugged in. There were ports for charging. All else was great"

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"Super basic room next to Broadway which is all we needed to fly in for a few shows. Really accommodating front desk. Only issue was the dripping AC unit which kept a couple of us from getting great sleep. Small complaint for a great value. Thanks!"
