"Tempur Mattresses! Stayed three days end of May 2024 and was happy with the choice. A stone throw from Time Square but a nice, quiet, upscale hotel. Upgraded to 35th floor and had a good view of Times Square right below. Carpets look to be showing their age with stains, wear and tear. Bathroom was nice but the bath was stained that would not scrub out. Awesome power shower and a huge king bed with a Tempur mattress which made up for things after a long day walking the town. "First off-the staff were AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.. minutes away from the great attractions. The hotel was not in the best shape once u got to the rooms and the cleanliness was questionable… there was hair in the tub and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers were caked with product. But overall it was a pleasant stay."

I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon.
