"Our stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the location was perfect for us as we were traveling with two kids ages 10 and 11. It was within walking distance of so many things, including the streetcar, which took us to activities that were further away. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone: single, couple, or family! "

"During our stay, my husband was not feeling well and our plane did not leave until 9:10 that evening. I was able to book another night through Expedia and Tiffany was able to check me out and check me back in without us having to move rooms. This allowed my husband 7 more hours to rest. She tried to get the cheaper rate for me through the hotel, but could not. She was patient as I booked through Expedia while at the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time to stay at this hotel in New Orleans and we will be back."
