Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! "

"This is an incredible value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You're directly on the Red Sea. If you're looking for Sunshine and swimming or snorkeling you're coming to the right place. If I was going to criticize them for one thing I wasn't satisfied with their free internet service throughout the complex because it would not stay connected. I would suggest they allowed swimming in their beautiful swimming pools until 10:00 p.m.. On a side note I learned walking...

"The hotel staff was good. The people are pleasant. The room was less comfortable. The mattress was terrible and was not comfortable at all. I left the hotel with back and muscles aching. The air conditioning was central without the possibility to control it, though the electronic display reacted to the changes, not the air conditioning. it was freezing in the room. "

"I already provided this feedback. The rooms are noisy - I could hear conversations in the next room with doors banging at all hours of the night. Front desk was helpful in accommodating my needs, but sometimes it was hard to get their attention. Otherwise an excellent hotel"
