The only safe options are what were not cooked directly by staff. The hotel strength is its location and proximity to beach, center and transportation to portaventura Park. Correct place to stay but I cannot imagine having all inclusive there it would be painful."

"The property is well maintained and upgraded. The rooms are average size (not spacious) but clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is far from city center so you have to cab or bus in- not walkable. There is a nice waterfront area at walking distance and mall right around the corner but the location felt a bit far from the main hub. I went for an event at the convention center right next to it so perfect for that. Nice breakfast buffet and restaurant with water...

"the hotel was the last night of our 12day vacation before we flew home. the room was spacious and elegant but, the bathroom sink was clogged on our arrival after 1st use. so we called and had a maintenance man come up and handle it. not a major interruption but housekeepin should have reported. we quicly unpacked and went sightseeing and after arriving home late that evening noticed the AC was not working. luckily we had a huge private Balcony on 5th floor and were able to ope the door to...

"We had a nice stay at Acacia. It is in a less touristy neighborhood but just a block from the Metro so it was convenient to get around. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurants in the area were patronized by locals and very authentic. Our favorite was O Retornino. There's a small kitchen but you need to ask for a kettle and there was only an Spanish coffee maker that we did not know how to use. Also the shower was part of a tub enclosure and was difficult to step in...
