"Wow, hotels.com advertises this as three-star accommodation?! What a lie! It is not even two stars. In no way is it worth $220 per night. It is very run-down and badly in need of maintenance. From a clogged toilet off the dining room, old air-conditioning units that are not effective, not being provided with a bath towel, and one day during my stay there was no drinking water available from the water cooler. "The property is stunning! It is very hilly so you do need to hike around a bit, which we actually liked. Staff was amazing all round! "Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!"
