"The facilities as well as the staff were great. The hotel is a great choice if you're flying to or from the BRU airport. They also offer a shuttle service free of charge if you have booked a room. The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits. Other than that it is definitely a highly recommended accommodation. "

"I really like the hotel. This was the last leg of my northern European adventure. The hotel was really nice . I was overwhelmed by this hotel. I even stayed ALL day in bed in the room one at this place. The staff was very helpful and I could travel to almost all areas of town on the near by subway. Thank you!"

"We stayed one night and it was a magnificent time. The room was great, location excellent, not to mention the Eight roof top bar. The short time we spent there was memorable. I will give them a 10/10 except for the wi-fi service that kept dropping. "

"We arrived late in the evening due to some train issues. Check-in process could have been faster if the receptionists were available on the spot; I guess they were having their break (at 10:15 pm?). Overall, room and bathroom are in a good condition and clean. They also have a Britta water station (still & sparkling), in a way it was helpful since we can refill our water bottle."
