"The room was clean but the sagging mattress needs updating. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that ran all day and night. The noise made it difficult to sleep. The grounds were clean and beautifully kept. The pool area is clean and well-occupied. The Turtle Grille served excellent food and the staff there gave excellent service. We enjoyed our stay in spite of those few exceptions."

"I was so impressed with this hotel! The grounds were beautiful, the pool was so refreshing. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the grill… delicious. The staff was attentive. They overheard my husband and I talking about our anniversary, and sent us a bottle of wine. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and lounging in the hammocks. Also, very clean and super comfy beds and pillows. We will definitely visit again. "

"The property and room was very clean. The hotel staff was mostly friendly. There was an ice machine with filtered water on our floor which was a plus. 2 bottles of water are provided daily. Housekeeping is available daily upon request. I only had the steak and asparagus with potatoes for dinner and it was pretty good with satisfying portion.
