The property manager was very helpful and responsive with any questions, and checked in to see if expectations were met the day after we checked in. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was very helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone."

"Great family vacation spot! It was so close to crystal beach, few minutes walking distance. We will never forget how beautiful the area was, the beaches were clean, not crowded, lots of room for recreation activities. The hotel had everything we needed for the trip, they cleaned it every morning and provided us with clean supplies. They also responded very quickly for a maintenance problem which we had on but it was not a big deal, it was fixed. The front desk lady was very nice, accommodating....

"Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly. We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code."
