My wife was in the hospital and the desk staff were very impolite when I was signing into the hotel. With my wife having had surgery I was a bit flustered and the staff only intensified the issue but being not understanding. We won't be staying here again. Our last visit was good. But my wife was with me to interpret as I am hard of hearing and don't do well with heavy accents.

Nice property for a "value" hotel. Definitely some wear and tear in the room. But HOT water and good pressure in the shower. Dated but would stay there again. Appreciated the welcome call once we were in our room
