I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were fantastic, offering great suggestions for nearby restaurants and always ready to help. The location is unbeatable with breathtaking views. However, the room showed its age and the shower drainage was poor, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water. Overall, the service and location were excellent, but the room needs some maintenance.

The carpet in the room was soaked with water from an a/c leak. Subsequent rooms were also had wet carpet. We were not able to regulate the temperature in the room. Very uncomfortable night to say the least.
