The room was a decent size, the bathroom on the other hand was too small if you took shower the whole floor gets wet and you need to get out to change. The AC is not working we had to keep the windows open but our luck that Tivoli Gardens had fireworks on Fridays and Saturdays waking us up. Even if the windows closed you could hear everything happening on the street below because the window couldn’t close fully. The staff were helpful.

The hotel room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The overall condition of the building was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Weekends can get hectic in the lobby due to the influx of guests checking in, but this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked. The most significant drawback is the proximity to the train tracks, which results in a constant stream of noise from passing trains. While the triple-glazed windows do an admirable job of mitigating the majority of the noise, it becomes necessary to open the windows during warmer months, leading to a rapid increase in room temperature. Despite this issue, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, and the staff's attentiveness makes up for any shortcomings. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, it might be wise to request a room further away from the tracks. Otherwise, this hotel is a solid choice for your next visit.

This hotel is a nightmare. Rooms stink of sewer. The first room had a clogged sink, so I had to change the rooms. There is no luggage storage for suitcases bigger than a carry-on. The staff is rude. Best of all: if you get a room with a window facing the front entrance, you will sleep in cigarette smoke. There is no AC, so you will have to keep windows open and the front entrance is where people smoke and party all night.

Single rooms and shower rooms are compact but perfectly adequate for solo traveler. Good hotel location for on foot exploring and nearby transportation. Buffet breakfast was good and plentiful.

I unfortunately can’t recommend this place at all. Overpriced, unfriendly staff, sheets/carpets/ furniture were not clean, for toiletries you only get soap a side of a quarter coin, shower above toilet (water everywhere) Check in system is a mess, they ask you to get a ticket then either forget about it or skip you at all.
