"View from the room is amazing. The property is pretty new so all the unit and facilities around the hotel is really good. One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest. She put words in my mouth and make it an advantage for her rather listen and understand properly the discussion that we have. She hang up on me as well whilst talking to her. Overall...
