Perfect place to stay near the airport
The perfect place to sleep before a flight the next day. Really close to the airport, airport shuttle service available, free breakfast, restaurants nearby. The place is clean, the staff is really nice. And the price is really affordable. Third time I'm staying there before catching a flight back home. Will continue to book there on my upcoming trips for sure.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, nous avons remarqué que les draps étaient tachés à plusieurs endroits…De plus, le déjeuner continental est constitué d’une boite de jus d’orange avec une barre tendre et un biscuit. Cependant, le service était excellent.

Room was good, confortbale, clean etc. Breakfast was a major let down though... all yhat was available: Toast, muffins, donuts, gard boiled egg, yogurt. There was instant Oatmeal, however there was no water and the juice machine was broken. You had to ask the front desk to come turn the water on, under the sink, to access water, they said because it was leaking... but there was no one there the whole time, so most people just didnt get any breakfast.

Check-in was quick and the gentleman was very helpful.The only thing i like to mention was the towels in the room were all damaged and have holes. When informed this to the night person and the morning staff they mentioned that yes there are some damaged towels as we are fully booked that’s why.

ok for what you pay. It was not very clean. I kept finding hair in the pillows and blankets. The sink would leak and there was a used toilet paper roll. The staff was friendly and the stay came with free breakfast. There was a variety of channels to pick on the tv which was nice. Very close to some good restaurants.

Awkward to get to off of the main road. When we hung the sign indicating we were resting up for our journey, the cleaning staff still entered our room to change things up. Not ok. Then the next day it was fine too but then the needs weren’t made! Like half a job. Not impressed. Otherwise clean and quiet.

Somewhat of a frustrating stay. I called many months ahead of our scheduled check in date to ask about the details regarding the airport shuttle as it is supposed to be included. They reassured me to just give them a call when we arrive at the airport and the shuttle would pick us up. I was also advised to book the shuttle for pickup when checking in and there’s no need to prebook. Turns out the shuttle actually costs $10 per room for airport pick up. Only drop off is included, this was never mentioned. Then when checking in, the shuttle time we needed for pickup was completely full and the shuttle only comes once every hour. It’s a 15 minute drive to the airport. We ended up getting an Uber. Check in was also confusing, we booked 2 rooms under one reservation and on arrival were told there was only one room booked although my confirmation email said 2 rooms. It took about 20mins and some investigating to find the other room booking.. not sure if that is a hotel or Expedia problem but either way it added to our frustrations. Location was great, walking distance to Earls and Joey, convenience store right beside. Staff were super nice and welcoming. More clarity on the shuttle would have been better as we specifically booked this hotel for that reason.

Although we booked this place in hustle to stay overnight in Calgary, the facility in the room was terrible. First of all - the air-con makes an incredible amount of noise that led us to wake up abruptly in the middle of the night. Second, the bed mattress had dirt mites that gave us terrible sinus and eye allergy in the morning when we woke up. My husband had bloody nose and extremely red eye. The sink had terrible smell, and the water was heavily treated with chlorine. The room was ok - but the noise from upstairs and sideways was incredibly loud. Sometimes we would hear people’s heavy tread or sometimes noises of water droplets or minor banging. Overall, we didn’t like our stay in that hotel, and would not book Super 8 ever (even if it says been managed by Wyndham). The guys at the reception were helpful in possible way, though! So a four star for the service at the reception.
