"Family came to Vancouver for vacation and ended up staying here. We took Uber rides everywhere we went and had no problems. Hotel was great but little far from events we did in the city, however the hotel was clean, safe, and friendly service."

"I loved the welcome we received.
Free parking and free breakfast are the bomb.
Very pet friendly as well!! Takes about 15mins to get to downtown Vancouver.
A little noisey from the traffic on the main street side. I wished they had a freezer section in the fridge and a safe for passports.

"Was so nice to have an easy place to stay after a long late flight with 2 small children. Our toddler enjoyed having a later night bath in the big tub! Comfy beds. Given the location & being The Fairmont, the room was expensive but was well worth the splurge. We do wish that the room service was more affordable but it was a short walk back down to the airport food court for a bite to eat"
