Stayed here during a 17-hour layover. Shuttle from and to the airport was nice! Hotel itself is pretty old. Room was clean but very basic. It was very busy. Front desk check in was ok. Area around did not seem to be very walkable. I took an Uber to Revere Beach. Hotel has breakfast but I had to check out before breakfast.. overall just a very basic hotel for a higher end price.

They Had to fix the bathroom door when we got there, telephone was not working either and was not able to fix it. Offered us to change room but we were too tired to relocate at that point. Staff were responsive though.

The facility was clean & well maintained. Everyday the Breakfast crew showed up on time in a happy disposition. The score would have been higher if shuttle service surged in the morning during periods of departures. Despite this small issue I'll gladly stay at this Hampton Inn again!
