"The hotel is very nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the coffee even better, everyone was super nice, it feels very safe here, I would’ve give this hotel 5 stars but I did 4 because it doesn’t have air conditioners and bogota was kind of hot few nights and I couldn’t sleep well, besides that this hotel I will recommend it. "The experience was excellent, the area is amazing. My only complaint is that breakfast is supposed to be until 9 am and most days that we came down at 8:30 they had already picled up most of the food"
