"Great location. Family run hotel, with excellent friendly staff. Room was excellent quality, air conditioning, shower, etc. will definitely use in future."

So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the...
"Convenient location on canal - next to shops, restaurants, and easy walk to sightseeing. Clean, super friendly staff. Bar, coffee shop, and full breakfast in-house. "
"Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."
"Hotel is great. Love staying here. Only thing would be good is if parking was included or reduced for IHG members. It used to be included in the cost of staying but this has changed over the years "
"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"Absolutely brilliant from arrival to departure. The only issue was my partner dropped me off for less than a minute outside the hotel main entrance and then had to pay £5 to drive out .We feel that whilst being dropped off there should be no charge for hotel guests. "
