Overall it is a 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath home with high-end upgrades all over. All the rooms have high 10 feet ceilings. Great house, responsive owner, perfect location for us!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! The owner was incredibly responsive to all my communications, even proactive in reaching out to me to make sure we had everything we needed, and even the one minor issue we had, sent someone out late that night to address it immediately, when it could've easily waited. The location for us was perfect, as we were in town for a wedding at the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center, it was close to our other festivities, and Ubers were readily available for quick trips to downtown, South Congress, the Capital, etc. The house was plenty spacious, and well laid out, for our large group to never feel crowded or on top of each other. And the backyard, grounds, etc. were well maintained and added much more space. For a larger group, and even just a large family, I couldn't recommend this property, and the owner, more highly!

Although there are a bit of rules, it makes snese why they are in place when actually get to the neighborhood. Property owner was good at communicating while also allowing you privacy with your group. Very clean and worth the amount paid everything we did in Austin was within 20 min drive and the neighborhood was very safe and location is good for those who like nature.

Homely Vibes
This place is perfect for a large group and we had a phenomenal time in Austin. The pictures do not do justice to the place. The hou is so charming and homely and is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. As soon as we entered the house, we felt a homely feeling which is very rare to find in a place outside our home. The location is perfect to reach anywhere in Austin within few minutes. Everything is as advertised. Check-in was super easy and communication was awesome. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early in the day and he kindly let us store our luggage ahead of our check-in time. He gave great local recommendations and was super responsive with our inquiries. Excellent location and spot clean. The number of beds was great as everyone had their own to sleep in. There is full-fledged Shopping village full of coffee bars, restaurants, grocery store just 1 mile away. We found this location so nice and very nice neighborhood. People walking on the street were very welcoming. This house has a class of its own and we felt special living in this house. Wish we could buy and take it to our city. LOL. The majestic Chandelier in the high foyer entrance was giving very royal feeling. 8 ft professional pool table welcomes you as step into the house. Our guys smiled as soon as they saw it and started playing forgetting that we had to get ready and go somewhere. Host was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. Would highly recommend this place!!

wedding weekend
After looking at 6 properties, this one jumped to the top. It had the rooms we needed for 3 individual adults and 1 couple. Two bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share an easy to access bathroom. We did not use the 5th bedroom which is downstairs and does not have access to a full bath only a half bath. The property allowed us early access for an additional cleaning fee. We were very grateful to have the early access. The property manager was great to work with, responsive and helpful, even to the point of bringing over some extra towels! Our only issue was some missing pillowcases, and the cleanliness of the kitchen and primary bathroom. We recognize we asked for early access so we may have expected too much. On a good note there were multiple rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags; things many homes don't often supply. Two nice refrigerators is another bonus for bigger groups. It was easy to get into Downtown Austin as well as wedding activities near Dripping Springs. We would use the property again if the need to be in the Austin area arises.

Spacious and Serene
The property is beautiful and exactly as described. It was very clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The owner communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He even showed up the night of our stay to make sure everything was okay. There was a black car parked on the property during our stay and we noticed a package sitting by the door when we left, so we brought it in for him. Never had these things happen at a stay before, but it didnt bother us. We enjoyed the lovely home. The bedrooms were a good size, the restooms had toiletries and were very clean. The amenities such as the pool table and tv's were also pleasant. He also did a wonderful job of explaining what we needed to do before we left the property. He has another larger property that we will consider for future stays in Austin as well. It was an overall pleasant stay and the owner is really nice and easy to deal with.
