Location is great. Staff pleasant and helpful. Clean and tidy. Aircon noisey and ineffective, luckily balcony is high and enclosed so we could open the balcony door a little for cool, fresh air. Would be very stuffy if we couldn't. Bed super comfy and we slept well. Parking is tight and costs $35 for an unguaranteed position if you have to go out. Dont know where I would park otherwise? Enjoyed our stay very much.

Free parking is awesome. You get what you pay for. It’s definitely great value but at the same time isn’t what we were used to with other copthornes. However the staff were amazing and accomodating and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I have found couple medicine on the table, which weren’t mine, also the bath tub was chipped from two separate spots and was getting eroded. Plus was charged for the parking which was not mentioned earlier

The room was very - very small, only one chair for two guests. No microwave, no cutlery only 2 coffee cups. Floor light was shining in under the door, very unpleasant. Room was clean, could do a new mattress.

Parking should be bult into the price of the room not expecting a $30.00 bill to park in a hotel that I am staying at overnight. very expensive. Did not expect to have thumping noise above my head whilst drying to sleep, sounded like workman working, but not sure what it was and never heard back from receiption.

A little away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a 9 minute walk to the The Strand. Nice room and the bed was soft, like sleeping on a cloud. (Con) The shower, it took 10 minutes to heat up but after, it was heaven. There is a gap between the door and the wall for the water to leak out so you will need an extra towel down there or your clothes will be wet.
