The beach is a super short walk away and the free trolley almost right outside the door. The owners communicated very well with lots of helpful information."

"The property was really great and the host superb. We were staying there the week of Hurricane Helene, and unfortunately were required to evacuate after just a few days into our stay. The host was so amazingly gracious and helpful! She gave us regular updates as to the status of the hurricane, and when the emergency order came to evacuate, she notified us to make sure we were aware. "Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."
