Arriving late on a long flight from Thailand, they can’t find my reservation for 10 minutes or so and then blame it on Expedia then stick me in a room with no air but they did bring me a fan. I also tried to change some money but they won’t take any big bills But that’s the reason you need changes isn’t it anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I only stayed there because I was lazy and didn’t want to try to go into town which is just a very short quick train ride should’ve gone into town and avoided this just had to do it this morning anyways , obviously I won’t be going back. I only wrote the review because the manager at the front desk said they didn’t care and go ahead so here we are.

We stayed at the Sheraton for just 1 night as It’s connected to the airport itself as we had an early flight the next morning. The city centre is a train ride away (about 20 mins if I remember correctly) so very well connected. A great option if you u need to stay close to the airport.

Breakfast is 31 Euros, which is high. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you flying into or out of Amsterdam, this is the place to stay!
