Thank you for a wonderful stay! Directions to the hotel from the ferry/bus: walk toward the arched pedestrian crosswalk that takes you into town, but don’t cross the street into town. Turn left at the crosswalk, walk through the tunnel and it’s the first door on the left! Super easy!"

"Our stay at the Villa Maria was awesome! If you are looking for a nice quiet place just outside of Almalfi, this is the perfect stay. The hotel hosts are very nice and the rooms were clean. There is lots of good restaurants within walking distance and everyone in the town is very helpful and friendly. "

"The room was a nice size and had most everything we needed (including a Nespresso machine), and a shared terrace, which was awesome. Since this hotel is right across from the ferry terminal, we thought it may be noisy at night, but it was very quiet. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The only issue was finding the entrance to the hotel, which took us about 30 minutes. Some instructions sent with the confirmation would be helpful for future visitors. "Even though the beach was 426 steps down, it was close enough to visit every day. The breakfast was great. We accidently took a towel down to the beach and were reprimanded. Overall, a nice place to stay. We would stay right on the ocean next time."

"Matteo's House is beautiful! Our room was clean and spacious with access to an ocean view and breakfast was served each day outside with a spectacular view. We enjoyed the room and the meals. But, the star of the show for Matteo's is Rosa. She went above and beyond for us. Arranging meals, transportation, and making recommendations. She was an incredible host. If you are looking at this...book it...you won't be disappointed. "

"Great View! Was a little hard to find at first but Antonio was terrific in getting us in, orientated and helping get us around. The bus stop is right outside the house. Unit was clean comfortable and perfect for us. Bedroom was above the kitchen and dining area and you had to go outside and down a few steps to get to that level but it worked. Only negative was it was a little short on hot water! We enjoyed the unit!"
