"For the same price as a hotel, for a family with 4 of us, it was well worth it. Awesome to have your own space and 3 bedrooms. The price was right, if you’re not worried about cosmetic stuff. the noise from the downstairs people was the biggest complaint I’d have. It was very loud until midnight the first night and 11pm the second night. Also with a napping baby during the day, the noise was loud too. But other than that it was great. We would choose this place over a hotel again for sure. Easy...

"Overall the property is gorgeous. Lots of parking. Beautiful yard. Beds were clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked utensil wise. We did find fuzzy moldy meatballs in the microwave and the coffee maker had some questionable sludge in it, but we found those like an hour before we checked out."

"The house was very good, everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, lots of space. The house is clean though a little beat up which isn't uncommon in short term rentals. Small things like the damaged furniture, broken towel racks, broken window blinds, slow draining showers were all present. Overall the place is great it just needs some maintenance. Would very much recommend"

"Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. "

There isnt enough dishes or big enough serving bowls for a 22 person stay. The kitchen cupboards are unorganized and should be labeled. Also there was a rotting 2 or 3 months worth of garbage in the garage. It permeated the residence including a billion fruit flies and we requested it be removed at once.
