"The hotel great. They were able to accommodate an early check in. Not sure if $50 is a fair rate for an early check in but we were tired and need to sleep. The shuttle service is good but the wait at the airport was too long. Almost 50 min. They say is because of traffic and I believe it is more because of their every 40 min service, I mean, I would appreciate honesty."

"Check in was great. Saira recognized my status and upgraded my room. Only complaint was the toilet leaked around the base. I had already unpacked for the night so I did not call to complain. Great hotel!"

"This is my second stay and both times my wife and I have been thrilled with our visit. We celebrated our anniversary and they were so nice to bring up a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate."

"The propertry was well maintained and as advertised - easy electronic access - the email suggesting places to eat was out of date - 1 of the 3 restaurants was no longer in business. The second had lost credit card access so was cash only - we did not visit the 3rd - there we little or no other options nearby"

"The room did not sleep 6. The sofa was not a sleeper. The room look nothing like the pictures. The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break. "

"The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there...

"Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home."

"This place is practically a scam. The place was so dirty, the TV did not work and I called them multiple times to fix that, complain. No customer service whatsoever. I can't believe that Expedia lists this property."

"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "

Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK".
