"Small, but quite comfy double beds, mashed together. The tub is very high, so use those rails. No complaints worth mentioning. The breakfast package is worth the money, as it's a big buffet selection. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"clean and professional with all amenities one could ask for. this hotel is perfect for those requiring a nice and functional space to rest either before or after a heathrow flight. the area surrounding is nothing special but as an airport hopper, it was ideal. i also found the breakfast buffet above average thank you for a lovely stay! "Smallest room I’ve stayed in so far although I was offered the option of upsizing for a charge. Toilet seat moved each time it was used and crack noticeable in the sink. Linen was very good and clean. "

"Close to 2 tubes and shops. Room was small, especially the bathroom. They put 2 beds together with one comforter that barely covered the beds . The entrance was beautiful."

"This is a very old hotel. The room was quite small with two twin beds. The bathroom was updated and very clean. Again it was very small. This hotel was very accommodating and ordered taxi service when we needed it. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). I had lounge access and it included a happy hour of free alcoholic drinks &...
