"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. "We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area. What we didn't like: 1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra. 2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry...
