"We had a great stay at this accommodation. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite which is very much welcome after traveling almost the entire day from Toronto. "Overall a very nice experience at the Clarendon. My only complaint is that no blankets were provided that were made with natural materials. The thick polyester-filled comforter was too warm and using just the top sheet wasn’t warm enough. There was an extra blanket in the drawer but it was also made of 100% polyester. Sadly this is the case with almost all hotels these days. I just want a simple cotton or wool blanket so I don’t sweat. "

"A quaint boutique hotel located within walking distance to Old Quebec City. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and reasonably priced with in/out privileges. The hotel uses physical keys for its rooms, which can be both a plus and a minus. There is only one elevator servicing all five floors, and the ride can be shaky. Overall, a great stay! "

"There is no staff on site. However, we had an issue with the billing of the room. The staff of the hotel and Expedia worked together to solve this issue in a very diligent way. Their dedication to provide high quality service to their clients was amazing."

"Very convenient location. Public parking is nearby and the fee is reasonable. However, beware the streets near the hotel are narrow and most of them are one way. The parking spot recommended by the hotel is excellent (8 minutes walk) but the entrance can be easily missed. If you miss it, rerouting will take another 10 to 15 minutes because of the one way streets and congested traffic. Drive slow, really slow!!!"

"The price is good, the location is in Old Quebec. My only caution is about climbing the steep steps up to the rooms. "

"My wife and I found Chateau Bellevue to be in a great location in the old city very near Le Chateau Frontenac. We walked everywhere. The hotel staff, without exception, were wonderfully helpful suggesting places to go and things to do. We had breakfast every morning which we believe was a great value compared to prices we checked at restaurants around. The maid service was very thorough and we were very happy as they cleaned when we asked and left our room alone if we asked them to. Parking...

"I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!"

"The location of this Manoir is excellent! You can technically see the St Lawrence river from the street, walk to Plains of Abraham and the Residence of the Gov General, Chateau Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace, the Funicular to the lower town among others. Lots of dining options and the staffs were sooo accommodating! We arrived after 7pm from our flight and the self check-in process was smooth, instructions on how to enter the Manoir was clear. Recommended! We’d stay here again! "
