"Pros ; we got there pretty late and i made a reservation online with my CC before going so check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk who helped check us in was super friendly and easy going. Just be prepared to go a couple flight of stairs as there's no elevator. We stayed on the third floor and didn't find it a problem taking our luggage up the stairs. "Communication from this property needs to be greatly improved. A few days ahead of check in, I reached out multiple times to re-confirm my reservation but couldn't reach anybody. Left voicemails, sent emails and never heard back. The night before I was supposed to check in, I received a text message from the property informing me they had a hiccup with overbooking and would no longer be able to accommodate my reservation. "
