"The passcode system was glitchy to enter the building when we first arrived. There was no one in the office, so text messaging had to be used. That incurred a long wait and we weren't sure if were getting in. Those issues could attributed to the fact we online reserved the afternoon before, less than 24 hours. There was construction on Granville adjacent to the building. We were out all day so that didn't bother us."

"Spent 1 night at this property. The bed waa amazing and everything was clean. It was so easy to book online and extremely easy to self check in. All the communication from the staff was extremely explanatory and so simple to follow. Definitely rate this place a 5 star. Centrally located to access places in dartmouth and the halifax bridges. Will stay here again for sure. 2 thumbs up."

There should be instructions for the TV and the heater in the room because we could not get the temperature regulated nor find regular TV stations. "Definitely a good value for this price. We got a 3 bedroom apartment (no common sitting area though), no TV but I don't use hotel TV anyway. There is a full kitchen so good for family with kids. Also keep in mind there is no A/C. They provide a fan for each room. So check weather condition and make sure you are prepared."
